She was always immaculately and loving groomed by Heather, and had an extra spring in her step when leaving the grooming parlour (poodles love to look gorgeous). Heather's attention always went beyond a standard wash and a cut. She always pointed out any health issues she noticed, and created a bond with each animal she worked with.
