- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Got me back up and running when I had problems with tendons in my ankles. Following the exercise routines and eventually building up to a running program has got me back to being able to run without pain. Very friendly staff and you can trust them to know the best way to help with whatever physical problem you have. So grateful for everything they did as not being able to run felt like an important part of my life had been taken from me but now I have it back.
